Omar Berrada

ElGrandeToto

ElGrandeToto (Taha Fahssi, b. August 3, 1996 in Casablanca) is Morocco’s top rapper mixing Darija, French, Spanish & English. He was the most‑streamed MENA artist on Spotify in 2021 and has won multiple awards (e.g., African Entertainment, Billboard Arabia). Known for hits like “Pablo”, “Mghayer” & “Blue Love”.

Hicham El Guerrouj

Hicham El Guerrouj (b. September 14, 1974, Berkane) is a retired Moroccan middle‑distance runner, widely regarded as the greatest ever in his discipline. He holds the world records for 1500 m and the mile, won double gold in Athens 2004 (1500 & 5000 m), and is a 4‑time world champion.

Saad Lamjarred

The highly anticipated Casablanca Jazz Festival is back! From July 20 to July 25, 2025, the city will come alive with the rhythms of world-class jazz. This year’s edition will feature renowned artists from Morocco, the United States, and France, including special tributes to Afro-jazz legends. Concerts will take place across various iconic venues in the city, including open-air performances along the Corniche. Festival-goers can also enjoy jazz workshops, meet-the-artist sessions, and local food experiences. Early bird tickets are already available online.
